"Leroy was amazing at fitting us in for the next day in the afternoon. When I called he even made sure the price was within my budget despite it being a last minute rush job. He even called us the morning of to see if he could get us taken care of that morning due to a cancellation. He arrived at the pickup location before us and told us it was a great piano.
His employees and him were very professional and worked great together. Lots of communication while moving the old heavy piano made sure no damage occurred."

"I spoke with Leroy by happenstance in calling around for options on piano movers. I was thoroughly impressed by his respect and professionalism. He and his team were also very patient and understanding with me and my challenging schedule. He was in constant communication with me to make sure that I was comfortable with the timeline of my upcoming delivery. When it came to the day of the delivery Leroy and his team confirmed as well as being punctual even when he felt that there might be a delay in their arrival. With the pick up of my baby grand piano, they were put under undesirable circumstances. All the members of the moving crew were very professional and patient. I was more impressed with the awkward maneuvering that they had to endure and the technique and care they took to make everything smooth. Leroy is a great leader in this industry as well as an excellent professional with tact, respect, and phenomenal communication as well as the highest quality and swift transition of a large awkward piece of furniture. We will use Furniture Master Moving for any and all moves! They are all fabulous!"

"This was our second time using Furniture Masters, and it was a great experience! Both times they were able to move our old upright Henry F Miller piano down about 30 stairs, and up 18 stairs. They are the best-priced in Salt Lake City, and will be the first guys we call on our next, (and hopefully final) move. We didn't worry for a moment about the safety of our piano. Very quick, efficient, friendly, and reliable service."
